weaving companies.
We know that
you want to enjoy your beautiful tapestry as soon as
possible. That is why we strive to complete your order and
ship your decor items quickly.
Other online tapestry stores wait to purchase a
tapestry from a manufacturer only when you order it. This
means you wait up to 6 weeks for your delivery. We choose not
to make you wait whenever possible by keeping a big inventory
of available tapestries.
Free Fed Ex Ground Shipping:
RealTapestry provides FREE Fed Ex Ground
Shipping for all orders shipped within the continental 48
states. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, US
territories and international orders will be notified by email
of the additional shipping charge prior to shipment.
Express Shipping:
For an additional charge, you can get your
tapestries shipped by Fed Ex 1-3 Day Express. Please email
Service@RealTapestry.com
after your order is placed online with us to request express
shipping. Express shipment order requests generally take 1-2 business days to
be confirmed, processed, packed, labeled and picked up by Fed Ex,
so please add 1-2 business days to your time when requesting
express shipping for necessary order preparation..

Orders shipping to Canada:

to place your order.
By choosing RealTapestry Canada you
avoid shipping, Duties, Carrier Brokerage and government fees
associated with importing goods into Canada and get all the
advantages.
Products shipping from the USA must clear customs using a
broker and fees will apply, also the country of manufacture
dictate what percentage of duties you must pay, it can amount
to several percentage points. Avoid these extra charges and
purchase from RealTapestry Canada - The Tapestry Source. Of
course your order comes with our free
Near-The-Wall rod set.
For all other countries, all taxes, duties, and shipping expenses related to
importation and compliance with local import country laws are
exclusively the responsibility of the recipient. All orders are shipped
FOB-USA. Once we have accepted your order and
shipped the product, we will make no refunds and accept no
returns. Please consult your local country Customs
Service and other relevant authorities to confirm that no
restrictions or special requirements will apply to your order.
We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts
or decisions of local governmental agencies concerning
the importation of your order.

Our guarantee policy is very simple....... We want you to
be very happy with your tapestries from us!
Returns Within 30 Days of Receiving Your Shipment: If you are not completely satisfied with your tapestry
purchase, just let us know by email and you can return it to
us for a full refund within 30 days of the date your tapestry
was received at your address. This gives you the opportunity to be
certain that you love your purchase! We do not charge
any restocking fees, return fees, or fees of any kind for
items returned within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
The only expense to you is the cost of your return shipping, which
is usually minimal.
Returns After 30 Days of Receiving Your Shipment: All
items received after 30 days of your shipment arriving to your
address but within 6 months, will be accepted for refund but
will incur a 20% restocking fee that is deducted from your
refund amount. In fairness to all of our customers
the same, we do not waive this 20% restocking fee for late
returns for any reason. We will however, allow the
late return of a purchased item with the restocking fee
applied.
We choose to offer only high quality products to our
customers. This allows us to give you a return policy
that is very generous and flexible because our customers are
almost always impressed with their tapestry purchases.
We rarely ever have tapestries returned to us.

normally vary in size +/- 5%.
